How can I remove foot odor from rubber boots

  • Baking powder! Sprinkle inside when not in use. Dump out and wipe the interior before using again.

    Have you tried baking soda? If there is no lining you could probably rinse with vinegar and let dry to rid them of odor, too.

    I put baking soda in my work boots after every use and especially if I put "good boots" away for a season.

    You might try generic cat litter, leave it in the boots for at least a few days. I've used it in Antique trunks to remove that 'old' odor.

    I use Cornstarch baby powder, buy it at dollar tree, make sure its the one that says cornstarch and sprinkle in. You could also get a bottle of their brand of Frebreeze odor remover and give it a good spray first before the powder.

    Vagisil powder actually works really well.... Just Don't ask how I know. :)
