Put all flour, nuts, pasta, everything in good sealing containers. They get into them and eat and breed. Clean out the cabinets you find them in really well. If you find anything with webs, or little bugs in it, replace it. I learned way back when I lived in Texas to containerize everything to keep bugs down. When I lived in SW Florida for a time, I was saved from bug infestations by doing this. Nothing to feed on and they will stay away.
They make little paper traps you can put in your cupboards to rid them of pantry moths. They have them at True Value and if you have a Bi-Mart there.
