I use an old Windex hose attachment bottle and put bleach and water in it, and then spray the gutters, my handyman was amazed last time I showed him how to do it...... if you have a thick coat at the corner downspout you may have to scrub it a bit. So far it hasn't hurt the plants below either.

I use cornstarch baby powder, can find at Dollar Tree, make sure it says cornstarch. You can also pick up a bottle of their brand of Frebreeze odor remove and give them a squirt.

A product available from Home Depot and others called "Spray and Forget". It takes weeks to work but, true to the name, will eliminate the stains and keep them away for years.

I would try Wet & Forget, kills moss, mildew, algae, etc., without scrubbing. Just mix with water, then spray on using a garden sprayer.
