How can I keep squirrels out of my raised garden bed?

It is 4' X 6' and waist high, perfect for my advanced years...and the squirrels.

I use cayenne pepper powder and shredded Irish Spring soap. If that doesn't deter them, I put a mouse trap baited with peanut butter where they like to chew and dig. The snap scares the bejesus out of them and they don't come back for a while. I have never caught a squirrel or a chipmunk with the trap, but they sure stay away!
