They make products for this, but I would check with a granite company for their recommendation.
What was the original surface when installed? Some are polished to a high gloss mirror finish. Others are polished to more of a matte finish. If matte finish, they will never be ultra shiny. See if these help!

Hopefully all that is necessary is to get the soap film off the countertops. Vodka or alcohol will do that!
This is what I use on my black granite! Lowe’s has it and Home Depot!
