look up removing old oil stains with mineral oil. Lots of great knowledge out there.
It's possible that the oil has not leeched deep into the wood. Starting sanding. You may be surprised that it's only surface stain. Good luck.
wipe the whole thing down with used motor oil next time you change it in your vehicle.
