Go to various paint stores, and bring home paint samples... They will look different in different lighting. When you have decided, buy a little sample and paint small areas in your kitchen. Again, because of the lighting, the paint will change color slightly.
your best bet is to browse paint charts, bring them in to your house, once you think a color will work get a sample.there is a removable paper to paint on to test the color
You want a warm grey rather than a cool grey, so no blue undertones. Select one that has some yellow in it. As the paint store to print out the formula of the one you've picked and see if it has yellow. That one will give you a warm glowing grey. Good luck.
I would use one of the various companies color visualizers online..... https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/paint-colors-by-family#/color/9163 some even allow you to load a picture of your room or use there's, and then see what various colors would look like in a kitchen..... https://www.sherwin-williams.com/visualizer#/active/sample-scenes
