Need help with windows

I have 2 small 21" wide casement windows that open in one on each side of a 36" window, would like to open them for fresh air but my curtains and rod are always in the way. Would any of you have any ideas of what type of window treatment would be good for being able to open those 2 windows. I have thought about door panel curtains that have rod pocket on top and bottom and just hanging from casement frame only, just not sure what type of curtain for the 36" window for this to look right. Any ideas would be helpful.

I think I would use blinds. Three separate blinds so that I can raise and lower each window independently.
have already used blinds about 10 yrs ago, the way they had to be hung prevented me from being able to open them. I could have got them special ordered for about 70.00 each. I think that is to pricey.
You could try a Roman Shade or austrian shade for the middle window, and if you use the same fabric it will coordinate beautifully.
