You can buy concrete patch in a tube at Lowe’s. My husband used this to fill cracks in our garage floor before painting and it worked great!
At home depot They sell already premised concrete. No muss no fuss. Just trowel it in. Read instructions before doing.
Clean out the crack with high pressure air/water. Treat with a soil sterilant to kill any seeds left, then use either sand or the round tube "space taker uppers", then follow the above ideas at Home Depot or Loew's.
I just saw some tips on this. Remove any weeds that may have snuck in those cracks. Dig down just a bit. Pour in sand to fill the cracks. You can use concrete to essentially grout the cracks over the sand. Good luck!
