It's very much like a house. What's the problem you need to correct?

can you give us a list of what needs done? Have you leveled it? My uncles would use floor jacks in a few different spots....solved the wonky cabinets door frames...if you haven’t leveled it I’d suggest you do that first, then make repairs...

What repairs do you want to make ? Google " Books on mobile home repairs". You should get a list. Call your local library, and see if they have any of these books you could borrow. If you don't find any call book stores to see if they have them. Check the book out beforehand, to see which one is best for your repairs.

We live in a twenty year old double wide, and we have slowly been working our way through it. The back hallway and furnace room as well as the master bath all had rotten floors. It is now all solid with new floor joists and plywood covered with water resistant flooring that looks like wood. We widened doors, made the furnace closet larger so it also holds the water heater, and covered it with louvered doors. Where the water softener was now holds a different water treatment system and the new pressure tank for the well. Before it was under the house and difficult to repair. The wall that blocked these items from the laundry room was cut down to washer height, and a laundry room sink is on the side by the washer and dryer. A new electrical panel was installed across from the sink and beside the closet with the heat pump and water heater. The master bath had a square shower and a toilet in one "room" and a jetted tub and one sink and lots of cheap cabinets on one wall. That tub is gone, the floor has been redone, and a big walk in shower with handicap rails was installed along with a new handicap height toilet. The single sink is in the original cabinet, but it has been totally redone to refresh it, and I have put a large French Provincial dresser between that cabinet and the tall cabinet. Where the old shower was is now the linen closet. I added a mural on the big wall, painting the beam across the ceiling to match the columns in the mural. I now have a 7' tall peacock with Greek columns and wisteria vines pained all over that wall. We also redid the guest bathroom, in a similar fashion - new floor, removed the wall covering and used drywall (moisture resistant) and the vinyl flooring that is water resistant and looks like wood. Other than dealing with the wall covering and replacing the floors with something more substantial, it is like remodeling anything else.
