How can I repurpose mismatched socks?

Over the years I have accumulated at lease 60 mismatched socks. All sizes, all fabrics, all colors. How can I repurpose these? Does anyone have any ideas. I hate to just throw them away.

I use them to clean with--like a mit.
Agree with He-Maw. Use them to dust, apply furniture polish, etc. and turf out half of them.
In my home single socks are used for dusting, applying furniture polish, general cleaning tasks, slipping over the legs of tables or other furniture when I need to move them and not scratch the floor, or--and don't laugh--wearing to bed at night if I have to wear athlete's foot medication on just one foot and I don't want to get my sheets dirty!
I use them to polish shoes. Wipe up little messes during crafts like glue, then throw away. I have also cut them into strips to tie up tomato plants.
You could make a lot of ugly sock monkeys with all those socks! lol.
