How to get rid of moss on roof.

A tree was over the house for many years and has been taken down. Moss remains on the roof's shingles and don't know how to get rid of it.

Hi Lucy. I use a sprayer and mix 50/50 bleach and water. I spray it on 15-20 minutes before it rains. Mine was pretty bad so I had to do it twice. You just want to make sure that it does get washed off, so if it doesn't rain I would use a hose. Good Luck!
weta dn forget is the safest method, bleach will not kill the mold and it will come back
lowes or Home Depot sell a moss remover in a spray bottle, spray on and let sit a bit and hose off
The Power washer is rather powerful to use on a roof. Maybe there is a solution that one can use with the power washer to help remove the moss???
