what particular paint there are different methods based on that?
Is the floor completely painted, or just drips, if drips try a blow dryer or heat gun to soften up the paint, then scrape gently with a rubber spatula or plastic putty knife. If your whole floor is painted, that will be A lot of work, a lot of sanding, depending on the paint.
