Have you pruned it each year after flowering? Needs this each year to bloom at its fullest. Also requires rich soil and a lot of watering, especially when it's so hot

At this point I would have an arborist look at the tree to determine if it can be saved.

I'm not a professional but from what I know about plants in general is they must have light to grow and flower. With bushes and trees they must be pruned. This one looks like it desperately needs pruning so if you decide to do that I hope your bush/tree responds with gratitude and lots of blooms. Best of luck!

Did you try looking on Google? You may find your answer. I can't for the life of me figure out why people feel the need to respond with answers that prove they have no clue like the last 5. Not all trees need to be pruned, an arborist can charge a lot to look at tree, and I think we all are aware plants trees and need light and water. Google your question in several different forms and you will find the right answer, or visit an established garden center that carries this particular type of tree where there are professionals that will give you REAL advice for free.
