Need recipe for all purpose cleaner

Ipad dropped emails that i was keeping which included recipes for my cleaner. It had lemon vinegar, small Amount Dawn, either soda or borax then my three essential oils. Please help I loved that cleaner. FYI: I used orange peel in white vinegar in place of lemon. I was great on soap scum in hubbies shower.

HOMEMADE ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
2 Tablespoons Borax (crush out any lumps so it is nice and powdery)
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
2 Cups Hot Water
A Squirt of Liquid Dishwashing Detergent
Spray bottle (16 oz size or larger)
Put the 2 tablespoons of borax in your spray bottle. Add the 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Let it set for about 5 minutes to let the borax dissolve. (This is why you want your borax free of lumps before you put it in the bottle). Next pour the 2 cups of water into the spray bottle. Finally, add a squirt of dishwashing detergent. Shake gently to mix.
