You need to leave them until the leaves start to start turning yellow and drooping. That is the way they absorb enough nutrients to bloom the next year.
Don't cut them tie them up
Leave til they turn brown before cutting. This helps next year flowers.
If you let the foliage die back naturally the bulbs will be better for the next year. Once the foliage is all brown then you can trim.
Leave foliage until it falls away naturally. It is feeding the plant for next year.
