Use lemon oil on a soft cloth to wipe it down. Leather needs to be oiled from time to time to stay looking it's best & this adds a pleasant smell. You can reapply weekly until you feel the odor is replaced by the fresh lemon smell.

Depending on its finish, leather can be amazingly forgiving. Try a well concealed or hidden spot and see how it reacts to a damp cloth. Also, maybe rubbing with baking soda might help.

Better leather cleaner yet ; use alcohol free baby wipes ! Cleans well , restores oil and almost looks good as new . Another tip : put on your leather gloves , grab baby wipes , then pretend you're applying lotion to your hands - works great ! I used loads for my motorcycle gear .

Place a tiny bit of vegetable oil on a soft t-shirt and rub in circles. This will clean and shine the leather. Make sure to use just a tiny bit and rub well so it doesn't get onto clothes. The oil will condition the leather and make it shiny.

To clean leather, mix a solution of warm water and dish soap, dip a soft cloth into it, wring it out and wipe the exterior surfaces. Use a second clean, damp cloth to wipe off the soap. Dry with a towel. Warm, soapy water will also remove water stains and scuffs.
