If you mean between the two panes of glass, you can't. The two panes are factory sealed with Argon gas between them to prevent any moisture and energy efficiency. If the seal has been compromised the inert gas has escaped and air has got in. Hence the moisture or cloudiness.. The glass panels not the whole window needs to be replaced. I know Ace Hardware sells double glass panels and they also install.
