Decoupage without sanding.

Old dresser I want decoupage the front. No where availabor for sanding

    Go ahead and start sticking - make sure glue will stick decoupage material to wood though. You could try wiping over the surface of dresser with a varnish remover of some sort first (try on less noticeable area before going for it, but it might help decoupage adhere better?

    I have seen a dresser done Where the crafter used crumpled tissue paper as decoupage to disguise a rough and chipped veneer surface. If your project will still look ok without an absolutely smooth surface, then go ahead, your decoupage will still adhere to the piece
