New deck - Silca Systems Grates

I’m repairing and updating an existing deck. Looking at either composite decking or stone and pavers. Has your team used or have advise with using Silca System Grates? I’ve never seen before except a recent ad. How sturdy, long lasting, and most of all ease in installation? Do you have any DYI users and inspiration posts?
