Do all the hanging light fixtures in an open room need to be the same

What I mean is for example can u have a silver chain on one chandier that is all silver and in another room but u can see this room because it’s open has a brown chandler but the brown one is the only one all the rest are in silver or white

I prefer them to be in the same finish, but can be different styles.
You are your own decorator. If it pleases you, then it is okay. There are no hard and fast rules to decorating your own home.

I agree with Marrandolph. It's your home so you should do what YOU like. There are many different ways to work with lighting. You should do what you like. Matching or not matching, it's up to your choice. :) Wishing you the best.

If it doesn't offend you and the room has a different use and decor it should be fine, but without seeing everything I is hard to make a judgement..........
It's your preference, hang what you like, there are several styles of decor out there.
They don't need to be matched but unless your look is eclectic they should coordinate. AND if you like it then it is right for you.
