It looks like there is some moisture coming into the wall behind the paint. The first thing to do is to find out why that water is leaking. Is there a leak somewhere in your roof or attic? Is the moisture coming through the wall from the outside? If you can't find the leak yourself and fix it, the best thing to do would be to hire a professional to look at your home. Wishing you the best.

What is this? Your wall or some covering on the wall? Chances are you need a contractor and / or a mold remediation specialist. You might have a roof leak, burst pipe, who knows. You need to find the source, fix that then deal with this. If left unattended you could be looking at a severe mold infestation which causes all types of health issues. Good thing you found it now before it gets really expensive to repair.

this happened to me once and I had to prime and repaint my walls because i

used latex paint on top

of a type of paint that needed primer is what someone told me. Other guy told me my paint was bad when I used it.

If this is a laminate wardrobe you just had installed, then contact the company that did it.

If you painted wall paint over laminate, it should have been primed first with a high-adhesion primer. In that case scrape and sand well to even out the surface then prime with a good primer.

If it is water seepage then definitely contact a specialist as mentioned above. Especially if this was put over concrete (which shouldn't be the case).

I have exactly the same problem in my kitchen cabinets. It has only been a month since our kitchen got renovated and the bubbles are appearing in the laminate which is touching the wall. There is no leakage of water anywhere on that wall. We painted the back of the cabinets with primer paint mixed with an anti-termite solution before installing them on the wall.

Kindly help me out if you have found a solution to this.

Is it possible that this is occuring due to a temperature difference between interior of room and exterior wall? My exterior cabinet walls are markedly colder than those on the interior walls, but my cabinets are not made of laminate.

Do you think that insulating the cabinet interior where it touches the wall would offer any help?

Did anyone find a cause and solution to this? We are facing similar problem in our kitchen's interior wall units laminate surface. And this is only one month after getting the kitchen done!

We found the problem. It was water seepage. If you are facing this, you need to fix seepage issue..

Might be a Chemicl Reaction? Was the correct Adhesive used to stick it on to wardrobes???

it has to be water seepage, not much else could explain this.

It looks like there is moisture behind the laminate. You will need to remove it and find the source of the moisture.
