The best way, in my opinion, is to hose some of the dirt off of the windows, then use a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water with a few drops of liquid dishwashing detergent (like Dawn). Put it in a spray bottle and spray way then polish with a soft cloth. Wishing you the best.
Hose the outside windows first. Then mix alcohol, vinegar and a couple drops of Dawn. Mix in a spray bottle. Scrub with a Mr. Clean foam square. Rinse and wash a second time to make sure you got all the deposits, then dry with paper towels or newspaper. Just did this with a rental house near the ocean, salt water deposits and regular water minerals. Turned out great.
