I love decorating my work office for the different seasons and holidays. For Spring, I came up with the idea of making a cloud light to hang in the corner.
I headed to Dollar Tree and bought a wire ring that was meant for wreaths and some fishing line. I already had the blue teardrop beads.
I cut different lengths of fishing line and strung a bead at the end of each line. I wanted them to look like raindrops 
I bought this strand of Christmas lights at a second hand store. They flicker a little bit, which makes the cloud look like there is lightning inside it 
I wrapped the lights around the wire wreath ring, making sure to keep them tight so they would stay on the ring. I didn't secure them with anything, but you could use zip ties to hold them on.
I thought it would be easier to finish if it was hanging, so I tied fishing line to the wire ring in 4 places and hung it from a hook that was already in the ceiling.
Then I tied the beads I had strung on the fishing line in different lengths to the wire ring making sure to disperse the "raindrops" evenly.
Finally, I used regular fiberfill to make the cloud. I just poked it into the wire and around the lights until it looked like a cloud 
I ran the cord from the lights behind the blinds on the window next to where it's hanging...pretty clever disguise 
and covered it with fiberfill.

I was very pleased at how it turned out and everyone I work with loves it!

That is a brilliant idea. Thanks for sharing. I would imagine that when the fiberfill gets dusty it just needs to be replaced, right?
