Paint is the least expensive option, and you can do it your self. Some big box diy stores have what you need in a kit ...pre packaged. I’ve painted the trim first then the body of the house. See what colors are in your neighborhood and then do one that’s not commonly seen. Put your house numbers in a color that contrasts with your house color. Consider defensive landscaping....cacti, other prickly plants For under the windows. I’ve lived in a higher crime area, had house no. 1 robbed.

Yes, I wanted to paint whole house, but most suggested the trim or the door. I think I will try this. Thank you!

Try power washing first since you have to do that anyway before painting. Plant pretty annuals near entry. Spend some money on really nice planters and plant some annuals and trailing plants in them--think one vertical plant, some colorful fillers, some trailers like vinca. One on each side of the door. Fix anything that looks worn or broken. Scrape and paint the trim first, next the front door, see if that's enough before you go whole hog and paint the entire facade. You can also hang some ferns. Start with the least invasive steps, then scale up as you have time and budget.

Power wash, trim shrubs/trees, mulch planters, weed planters, wash windows, clean off the roof (moss), paint (touch up) trim around windows and doors and paint the house.
