What to do with old books?

I have a library of quilting books that I no longer need. My local library can't use them. Any ideas? I don't want to throw them away, I'd like someone to get some use from them?

Donate then to Goodwill or Salvation Army. Some of my favorite books came from those venues. YOu can make some $ if you sell them on eBay.
Send to paper recycling.
A nursing home or women's shelter would be a good place for something like that. Craig's list, Offerup, Letgo, 5miles- you might even make a little cash.
Check out the local sewing stores and craft stores and see if they know of a quilting club or quilting classes that could use them for the more beginner quilters, or even for them to do types of quilts they have never done before.
Donate them to the Salvation Army or a quilting group.
Try getting in touch with your local quilt guild and see if they or their members are interested. Also, if your quilt guild has a sale, donate them as a sale item.
Local school home economics or sewing department
The quilt illustrations in them could be used as art.
Hi Sell on eBay etc or offer to local Craft group!
