Would it devalue my fireplace to paint it out in white? It is currently gray brick.
We have built-ins on either side of our gray brick fireplace, and I would love to paint the fireplace out in white. However, my husband feels it would be a bad idea.
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers clean scuffs well. A durable floor/porch paint would hold up to scuffing better than a wall paint.
Any paint that is washable. Magic eraser works well on painted surfaces.
Have you tried Mr. Clean Magic Erasers? This is what I use on my floors and doors. Good luck!

Here is a solution that seems to have worked for others. I hope it works for you, too. Good Luck, and thanks for coming to Hometalk for answers to this dilemma. :)
