If you are on a budget then go to any dollar store in your area, they all carry inexpensive shelf liners that go a long way.

Good Morning Rose, I have lined kitchen AND bedroom drawers with wrapping paper that's ben ironed flat then glued down, contact paper, and also have used cut to size pieces of fabric from leftover stash. Use whatever you happen to like. I know some folks who have lined their drawers with anything but empty cereal box bottoms that have been cut to the depth of the drawer and used to separate utensils from each other. Good Luck, Rose. Thanks for using Hometalk for solutions :)

Peel and stick tiles. They come in all price ranges. Sometimes you can even find them at dollar stores. I lined all my drawers and cabinets with peel and stick tiles when I remodeled my kitchen almost 15 years ago. Not one of them has had to be replaced. Very durable and washable. You may spend a little more now, but will never have to do them again.

get some "contact paper" from your dollar store, cut & fit it in there.

Pretty wallpaper. Roll goes further than rolls of contact paper or sheld liner

Contact paper or wrapping paper; old cloth napkins; recycled curtains or sheets; vinyl shower curtain liners -- just about any paper or cloth with a pattern you love.

Try using wallpaper. You can usually find rolls at yard sales, thrifft stores, goodwill, habitat restores.

Gift wrap paper works well and is inexpensive and can give you a lift. Contact paper works well, even if you don't remove the liner and attach it to the drawer. Place mats can work, depending on the drawer's size. You can have it all match or if you like the variety, you could purchase paper from the craft store in beautiful patterns. Sometimes you can find an entire pad of decorative papers and use them too.
