Can I pour concrete over old concrete?

I have a slab of concrete that is part of my driveway. The slab has settled over the years and water gathers in the dip. So I wanted to add more concrete over the old.

I would contact a contractor, they usually give free estimates, and would be able to tell you exactly what you can do to repair the driveway without an obligation to have them do the work

you absolutely can add concrete to concrete to grade it so that water does not gather in certain dipped areas. Just make sure when you're spreading it, you thin it out on the edges so it blends nicely with the older cement. Good Luck!!
It won’t stick. Ours didn’t.
There are companies that will drill into the existing concrete and pump new under to level the surface.
you have to break up the old surface first so the new concrete has somewhere to adhere to, other wise water will break up the new layer in winters ice. eric
