This would be lovely for a wedding decoration or equally great for a home decoration.
Made from coffee filters.
You need two coffee filters, florist stem wire and some fine wire, floral wrap tape, metal florist wreath. Also some green paper.
Draw on a petal shapes around a large coffee filter paper. Cut out eleven.
Take one petal and wraps around the wire, twist at the bottom.
Add petals around the bud.
First add one, then twist, then add the second opposite the last one added.
Then you need three more petals over lap each one halfway on to the last one added, this should be equal around the flower.
Then with the remaining petals equally space around the flower.
So originally you start with one, the bud. Then two, three then five petals. Use the fine wire to secure.
Take two rectangles green paper approximately 5cm X 2.5cm.
Stick a stem wire between the two with glue. Leave to dry ancut a leave shape from wire bottom to the top.
Forgot to tell you to use the fine wire taround the base of the rose.
Tape the leaves to the rose using floral tape.
Make a few roses approximately twelve. Then tape these together around a metal wreath.
Finished wreath. Could put in front of a round plain mirror as a decorative frame.

Not sure I understand the directions on how to make the rose. Is there a video that shows the steps to make them? I'm not clear on how the filters make up one rose. I'm probably not making much sense but the end result is beautiful.
