Can honeycomb blinds be painted or cleaned somehow?

Material or metal ?
Depending on what they are made of, they can be taken down and soaked in a baking soda, vinegar solution using a thin bottle brush to get into the corners.
If you can take them off the window, then gently wash in a bathtub!
