Should I put shutters on both sides of my house?

The side facing the street with one window has a pair of shutters but the side facing my neighbor that has 3 windows has none (i know one is because of the size but I’m not sure why they chose not to put shutters on the others)

This really falls under personal preference. If it were me, I would place shutters on all windows. Of course, depending on the size of the window. I prefer everything to look uniformed. When looking at homes, and not all standard sized windows have shutters, I feel they are missing and owner hasn’t replaced them. Again, this is question would be answered on personal preference and too, what your HOA might require if you have one.

There is something about shutters that adds to the curb appeal of the house, just seems to finish it somehow. I would add the shutters

Your question is not clear, are these your shutters or your neighbors ?

The side of my house facing my neighbors does not have shutters and so I’m wondering if I should put shutters on that side of my house?

It depends on your taste. Shutters always look nice, but if you like the look, do it.

Decorative shutters are usually only on the front of homes I've seen, but no one will fault you for beautifying your neighbors views

I only have them on the front. When I get the ambition (and money) I would like them on all sides.

Yes, it will make your house uniform.
