Put some powdered cascade in a coffee filter in your coffee basket and run water through your coffee maker into the pot. Let soak for 30 minutes. Use a bottle brush to clean the pot of water then rinse well

Fill the pot 1/4 with vinegar, the rest with water. Run through a whole perk, three times. Then use a soft rag to wipe out the pot. If you still see stains, scrub the inside with baking soda. Then rinse and rinse again. Wipe out any more residue and the pot is as clean as it’s going to be inside. ☺️

Vinegar works quite well. You ay have to do it several times (do NOT re-use the same vinegar!)

Try denture tablets..if that doesn't work...salt and ice cubes...swirl it around so that the salt "scrubs" the sides and bottom...have you already tried a store bought product?..usually found right near coffee products in grocery store...

Note this is for the stainless steel coffee pot, not the machine or coffee maker!

Vinegar, CLR etc. didn't work in my coffee pot. So I tried the following: After washing it, I occasionally throw in a dishwasher pod, and fill the pot with very hot water. I let it sit for a minimum of a couple of hours, or overnight, or all day when at work. I then use a kitchen scrubby to clean down the sides and the bottom and rinse well. The 1st time, I did it twice, since it was really built up. Now I only have to do it once every month or so.
