There is a company called Artscape that makes wonderful window films. You can choose an opaque rice paper look, rain pattern or any number of special stained glass looks.

There are many other companies that make window film available at craft or home improvement stores and even through Walmart and eBay.

With the fantastic selection and easy to apply technique you'll find just the right design to enhance your window. By incorporating both sections of window (top and bottom) the style will flow and become a lovely accent.
