You may be able to repair it with a small gauge wire by looping the wire around the parts multiple times. You can find the wire at home improvement stores. Good luck.

I'm making $85 an hour working from home. I was shocked when my neighbour told me she was averaging $120 but I see how it works now. I feel so much freedom now that I'm my own boss. This is what I do... http://www.Jobzon3.com

You can try a two part epoxy made for metal or two part epoxy putty. I suggest Locktite or J.B. Weld.

If the mounting metal pieces continue to fall apart, another option might be to buy a plain inexpensive shade with the same mount, that fits snugly inside this one. The light coming through the shade will be a little darker of course due to the increased thickness of the shade, but you could always just use a stronger bulb to compensate for this.

Hi Renae, while hot glue is really easy to use, it's more suited to crafting projects and not DIY. I always use this brilliant site that let's you enter what you want to glue to what and it will tell you the best glue to use - https://www.thistothat.com/ I always use it to check first.
