What soil are you using?Is there drainage holes in the container?
It looks like you planted your basil too close to your cilantro.
Basil appears to be suffering from too much or too little water. The parsley(?) plant appears to be getting too little sunlight. Both of these plants needs at least 6 hours of direct sun daily.
Good Morning Theresa, I suspect with there isn't enough sunlight (basil needs about 8-9 hours per day), or there is poor drainage and their roots are too damp. They DO like moist soil, but not wet, and the PH balance of the soil should be neutral. I hope this helps.
