Just wanted to make a little project to see how long it would take me
so I started out with 12x5 inch pieces of pine
That I already had.
i cut out the pieces that I needed, ( angle curging with out the tool is very hard!)
but I managed.
i then placed them, to make sure I got them right, ( not perfect, but I love my imperfections)
Once I made sure they were going to match up, I glued them together.
Then for added strength, I used my staple gun. On both sides.
Then I cut out burlap, ( I lI’ve working with Burlap!! )making sure I had extra on the cut to fold under a bit.
Then I stapled that as well, making sure it was nice and neat! I just love the Rustic look!!
Once I had the burlap done I then got some payterned burlap and cut out the letters to spell out MOM, I wanted color coordinated patterns . So I got the red and tan color.
And here is the finished product! They are 6x6 in size! I love how it came out!

Did you glue the letters on or stitch them? I guess you could do either.
