It is hard to tell by the picture, if it flowers and then has little pods it may be a coffee plant. They usually start out small and can grow into a tree. And the beans are the real thing.
But- kind of hard to tell from the pic. It's a start...
Are the big "bud" where the flowers are? If they were, then it is the seed pod formed from the flower.
It looks just like a coffee plant which I grew. It grew in a pot until it was about 7 feet tall and I had to get rid of it as it became pot bound.
