After fertilising the plants, we got rust stains in the new drive way pavers. Please some advice to get them ou.

you could try soaking with white vinegar or lemon juice and scrubbing with a brush
CLR carefully placed? Maybe with a paint brush? Allow the instruction's time suggestion and then rinse away carefully from the plants?

Been while since I read the label on CLR but, it may even be plant safe...? Better be safe and read label. Good luck.
