Most companies now carry these. If you’re doing LED, be aware they cannot go in a fully-closed shade - too hot.

Most home centers have different types of light on display, that will let you see the different color spectrums.

Just to be clear... light bulbs do not transmit natural light.... they are designed to give off a spectrum of light that mimics natural light. Consider putting in a "sun tube" or "solar tube" to actually TRANSMIT natural sun light into the room... FYI.. not a DIY project... the Sun tube is cut into the roof structure... you will need a specialist to do it properly... If you have a "Home and Garden Show" that comes to your area .... there are often one or more companies there who specialize in solar tube sales and installation... and there are often good deals to be gotten at the Home and Garden Show.... but be sure and check out the company... with the Better Business Bureau.. before signing a contract.

I see 2 questions here from you regarding the bathroom light and paint color. If you are trying to put on makeup that looks natural but are having trouble in your bathroom, I would suggest you get a lighted makeup mirror. Turn off all other lights, using only the light from the mirror and look directly into it while preparing your makeup.

If you do not have a vanity in the bathroom, put up a small shelf to hold your mirror.
