Need help with grout?

We put tile in our shower and some of the grout has cracked and some small pieces have fallen? Are we going to have to redo it all over again or is there something we can do to it? Sealant or filler?

You can use a grout remover tool to clean out the grout in the rough areas. Then regrout those areas. No need to do it all, just the bad areas
Hopefully you use unsanded grout. Sanded grout is for wide gaps like floor tiles. Unsanded for small gaps. Remove any loose gout and regrout. Seal the gout once its dry about 24 hrs.
