There are racks you can put up if you want to display them.
If you want to store them, I would bet a sturdy storage bin and fold the back of the cap inside the front of the cap (like you see them in shops) and stack them inside each other making sure not to overcrowd them.
If you just want to restore the shape there are forms for drying them. There are also shaping inserts to go inside them. If they are soiled but delicate you could rub baking soda into them and then spray them with hydrogen peroxide. Let them dry and brush them out. Repeat if needed. Soaking in oxy clean is an option but it has to be rinsed out. I would rinse it with a sink sprayer.
