I wanted to make curved seat bar stool but I knew I didn’t have the tools required to do so. Or so I thought. Then I decided that I could just cut the curved seat out of each board before I assembled it.
Dimensions
Cut seat out of each board using supplied template. Assemble seat boards with good glue, clamp and let dry. Then trim sides to a final width of 17". Heavy sanding with then be required to smooth seat top. Finally, ease or roundover all edges with router or sander.
