Where might I find the materials to duplicate this shower organizer?

I believe that Hobby Lobby has all of those items.
Buckets and clips from the dollar store, s hooks, tension rods and the command hooks from walmart. Just hit the dollar store first, you might get lucky and they will have more of the parts. I have read on here about people finding both tension rods and command hooks at the dollar store, but my local store doesn't carry them
Those look like containers you can find this time of year in a garden department.
Hobby Lobby and Michael's has these containers as well and some you can paint - Ikea.com has great prices on items like this
Amazon is sure to have that as well
