we always bought a sealer and had to do it every year but we finally bought a paint at Home Depot for decks, believe it is Behr and it looks great. It comes in tons of colors. They also have stains and the heavy paint that seals holes, etc.

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE DECK OVER PRODUCTS. They crack and peel within two years.
