Bedroom help please?

This is only somewhat of a diy question...we are in the middle of renovations to our bedroom, having taken to smaller bedrooms to make a new master suite. My brother-in-law changed windows, put up sheet rock, and plastered...my sister-in-law helped choose the color scheme, and painted with my husband. My problem is...they don't want to be paid. I've tried over and over again, but they just don't want anything. I feel terrible not being able to thank them. So, what would you all do? How can I thank them for all their hard work?

You could give them gift cards for some of their favorite restaurants/stores/entertainment/pampering/etc. Or host a Remodel Reveal party (when the room is done) in their honor if you have family and/or mutual friend in the area.

I would take them out for a nice dinner!

Gift cards would be nice. You can see if they need your help with anything, make them a nice dinner, or take them out for cocktails and dinner. Lucky to have such a nice family.

Think about what they like. For my Dad it is taking him out to dinner or a gift card from his favorite store. You could offer to babysit for them free of charge. I know most parents would love was time just to themselves. Take their kids for the weekend. You sound like a very nice person to be thinking of them. But I understand I like to show my appreciation when someone is kind enough to help me too.

Do something kind that takes love and time for each of them

If they have a favorite restaurant... take them out to dinner... or get them tickets to a ballgame, movie, ... make a customized "gift card".. for babysitting, dog sitting, etc.
