Spread some cayenne pepper around where they are pooping. If a cat smells another cat they go in the same place to put their scent there. This will be an ongoing process, until they are deterred with another smell.
Cats don't like citrus. Whenever I have orange peels I toss them in their favorite spot. Works for a while.
