i heard wind chime noise makes he bird go away so I want to try and put wind chime in the garden so they don’t poop in the trampoline

That would be one noisy windchime! That theory doesn't really work. I have one right next to one of my seed feeders. Doesn't phase them at all. Still windchimes can be cool.

The birds will just perch on top and try to "outsing" the chimes!
That won't work. Instead try hanging feeders in a different area to attract them there..
