I'm a fan of lattice to hide utility eyesores. Prop a long piece against the house, if you're unable to build a framed trellis, and plant some ivy or another fast growing vine to trail up the lattice.

I would go to Home Depot and buy a piece 4 x 8 of white lattice, two large (ask for advice please) plant hooks with enough circumference to hold the lattice. Screw them into the fascia Close to the building. Plant your climber.
We’re hanging these so if the boxes have to be accessed, they can be unhooked from the top.
Or just use several cheap hooks and make ziptie ($1 Store) “eyes” to hang the lattice. Then plant climbers.
If you have wind issues, use some fishing line tied to rocks to keep the lattice from blowing around. Or a couple of exterior Command hooks to make a ledge, to keep the panel from moving.

Lattice is a great idea and can be hanged or attached so there is access on one side that is easy. Plant a climber and it will cover it. Lattice comes in many colors and needs no maintenance. Ask your home improvement clerk where you buy the lattice for advice to hang, especially an elderly one. They love to advise and help. Ours often ask me how a project went they advised me on!! They really do love to help and share their experience.

And if you but hinges at the bottom of the lattice you can have access to the backside also.

This is in a flower bed. So I don't think hinges on the bottom would work. I also have vinyl siding. Might try command hooks down both sides. Thanks for your response.

or just buy a nice cheap trellis and put it in front of the power boxes and plant a vine to train on it.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iH_66_Qv1ew&t=683s

You could use an old wooden ladder cut to about 8'. Lean against the house and hang buckets on each rung with holes for drainage and plant flower or herbs in each one. Easy to move if you have to. The weight of the buckets will hold the ladder in place and you can remove each bucket an move the ladder if you have to.

Hi Carolynn, can you have some cut a piece of plastic lattice to the dimensions that would be just slightly larger than the box, then you can stand it up in the dirt against the house. Here are some other ideas
