Maybe make like decorative boxes or some sort of panel to hide them. The hoses you would be able to detach and wind up. But not sure about the cables. Maybe box to cover hose and some sort of paneling for the cables.

How about some simple screens that will hide the walls.
Maybe a wall of lattice painted a pretty color or have some pretty vines planted if possible to growing the lattice as it would soften up the area and decorative at the same time.
I'm thinking pool noodles the big ones. You might get by with two or three. Split them lengthwise (as if you were insulating pipe). That takes maybe 10 bucks, then one of the plastic woven rugs (wally world) under the table. Of course you would want to match the noodles and one of the colors in the rug.
You could attach a fake ivy to it
Fit a shelf above with a valence to front edge. Use for Plant pots or what ever you fancy.
I did it with fake ivy and some fake grapes - also little shelf above could do at the condition that fence behind can baer the weigh.
Hi there, look for inexpensive expanding wooden screens and attach them to the wall. You can also plant some tall conifers/cedars in pots on wheels and put them along the wall. This article has a whole bunch of info on different types of conifers - https://www.gerbera.org/gardening-magazine/the-gardener-index/june-2005/top-ten-conifers/
